Overview
GenPage + Zapier connects GenPage to thousands of tools to automate page creation, variable mapping, outreach triggers, and CRM updates. Turn raw lead data into 1:1 sales experiences that drive more replies, demos, and deals; without manual work.
How it works
Pick a Zapier trigger from any lead source, optionally enrich or score the record, then create or update a GenPage from a template using mapped variables. Send the resulting GenPage URL back to the system of record and into the tools that activate outreach and follow-up.

What this integration enables
Auto-generate GenPages from Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Typeform, Airtable, webhooks, CSV tools, and more
Map fields into GenPage variables to personalize content at scale
Push GenPage URLs into CRMs and sequencers like Apollo, Instantly, Outreach
Keep workflows synced as leads update, book meetings, or convert
Setup steps
1. Prepare a GenPage template
Create a campaign or template with the variables to personalize, for example:
FirstName, Company, Role, Icebreaker, PainPoint, LogoUrl, UseCase, CaseStudy, CTA
2. Connect GenPage in Zapier
In Zapier, search for GenPage and connect using an API key.
3. Choose a trigger app
Common triggers include Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Webhooks by Zapier, Typeform, Airtable, Apollo, and Instantly.
4. Map fields to GenPage variables
Select the template in the GenPage action and map incoming fields to GenPage variables.
Keep naming consistent, for example: Sheet column "icebreaker" → GenPage variable "Icebreaker"
5. Test with a sample record
Run a test to create a page and confirm the returned URL renders personalized content correctly.
6. Sync results downstream
Add steps to write the GenPage URL back to the source of truth (CRM or Sheet) and into the channel that will use it (sequencer, email, LinkedIn).
7. Track performance and trigger follow-up
Use GenPage analytics and notifications to monitor engagement and prompt timely follow-ups when leads visit, click, or return.
Popular workflow recipes
Google Sheets → GenPage → Instantly or Apollo
HubSpot MQL → GenPage → Slack alert to owner
Typeform or website signup → GenPage → personalized email follow-up
LinkedIn lead gen forms → GenPage → Salesforce contact update
Calendly booking → GenPage update → deal stage move in Pipedrive
Best practices for high conversion
Use one template per segment or use case to keep copy highly relevant
Place the GenPage link early in outreach; first message or second message performs well
Keep a single primary CTA on the page and back it with credible social proof
Route high-intent alerts to Slack so reps follow up at the right moment
A/B test headline angle, CTA label, and proof blocks
Create AI variables for deeper personalization when the lead data supports it
